Miguel Rosario is from Maunabo, Puerto Rico, a small colonial town in the southeastern coast of the Caribbean Island.

In 1994 he moved to New York City and soon after, in 1995, he enrolled in Lehman College, a four-year CUNY institution in the Bronx.

In 2001 he graduated with a concentration on Multilingual Journalism.

Miguel has worked on different media outlets, including Bloomberg News (Negocios Bloomberg, Spanish radio and TV), Univision Radio (formerly known as Hispanic Broadcasting Corporation) as online content producer for Netmio.com, Latinomix.com (now LaKalle) and Radiowado.com.

He also freelanced for Mi Zona Hispana newspaper, Hora Hispana newspaper, VNY Magazine (now Viva New York), New York City.

He later became editor of Mi Zona Hispana.

Currently he manages his website Miguelrosario.com and contributes for other publications such as Heylatino.com and Terra.com. He also works as a web designer.
